Our client is a multinational company that has always been at the forefront of technology, holding a leading position in the market. They currently have a Shared Services Center located in Braga, where they provide consulting, accounting, and finance services to various international clients.

  The responsibilities to be developed will be the following:

  
  
  
  
  • Full O2C Cycle Management: Supervision and execution of the process from order receipt and validation to final payment reconciliation.
  
  
  • Billing and SAP Posting: Issuance and control of invoices, ensuring correct entry of accounting journals and analysis of customer-related accounts in the SAP ERP.
  
  
  • Collections and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Proactive follow-up on outstanding balances, collections management, and aging debt analysis.
  
  
  • Dispute Resolution: Management and reconciliation of issues with international clients or intercompany balances, collaborating closely with internal departments.
  
  
  • Reporting and Auditing: Preparation of periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable, O2C area KPIs, and support in financial audit processes.
