A Olá is a reference brand in the Portuguese market and is recruiting Store Assistants / Gelateria Operators for its units located in a Shopping Center environment, on a part-time basis. We are looking for responsible professionals, with a clear vocation for customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Friendly, proactive, and welcoming customer service;
  
  
  • Preparation, presentation, and sale of ice cream and other brand products;
  
  
  • Cashier operation and invoicing;
  
  
  • Product replenishment and breakage/stock control;
  
  
  • Ensuring the cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the workspace, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.
