What we're looking for

skills
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or technical electrical installations, with senior profiles being highly valued.
- Solid knowledge of electrical installations, safety procedures, electric vehicle chargers, and photovoltaic panels.
- High leadership capacity, fluid communication with technical management, and a strong team spirit.
- Motivation to present new ideas that contribute to the success and development of the company.
- Driver's license and full availability for national travel.
- Valid certification to work in Low Voltage (PREFERRED), or training in Medium Voltage (PREFERRED)

The role

Our client is a company in a strong expansion phase, currently with national and international projects, dedicated to the installation of photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle chargers, and technical infrastructures in buildings.

Integrated into a solid and large-scale group, the team stands out for its dynamic, young environment focused on continuous growth.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Guide, coordinate, and support the team in the execution of electrical work in low-voltage installations.
- Actively participate in the installation and connection of electrical equipment, technical panels, and charging outlets.
- Verify that the team has all the necessary material for the execution and continuity of the work.
- Ensure and supervise strict compliance with electrical safety standards and the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the deadlines stipulated for the completion of the work and promote direct coordination between technical teams and management.
- Perform the reading and interpretation of electrical projects.
- Travel nationally to monitor works in different areas of the country.
