• key responsibilities

  Main responsibilities:
  Handles the preparation and cooking of meals and light dishes;
  Develops or collaborates on the development of menus;
  Receives provisions and other products necessary for the preparation of meals, being responsible for their storage and preservation;
  Responsible for food quality control;
  Prepares fish, vegetables, and meats and proceeds with the execution of culinary operations; Plates and garnishes cooked dishes;
  Prepares sweets intended for meals; Ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and other equipment.
