What we're looking for

skills
• 12th year of schooling (minimum);
• Experience in customer service (preferred);
• English knowledge (minimum B2 - mandatory requirement);
• IT knowledge from a user perspective;
• Interest in telecommunications and technology;
• Passion for customer contact;
• Communication skills and dynamism;
• Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
• Availability for rotating shifts between 10:00 and 24:00 and rotating days off (1 weekend per month);
• Availability for rotation between stores;
