Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Law, active registration with the Bar Association, and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience;
Proven experience in tax litigation;
Proficiency in English (oral and written);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools applied to legal practice;
Strong negotiation, organization, and attention to detail skills;
Team spirit and the ability to coordinate and/or integrate into multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

Additional training in Tax Law and tax litigation.

Our proposal for you is within the Legal area, specifically within the Tax Litigation team - a
unit that supports clients in defending their rights before the Tax and Customs Authority and other entities, intervening
in highly complex judicial and arbitral proceedings. We act in challenges, tax arbitrations, tax
enforcement proceedings, precautionary measures, and in litigation involving national and international tax matters,
accompanying companies, multinational groups, and individuals through all stages of the tax process.

What you'll do

Comprehensive support of tax processes and procedures, from the administrative phase to the higher courts;
Analysis and legal framing of complex tax issues;
Interaction with clients, tax authorities, and arbitral entities;
Participation in defining procedural strategy and managing deadlines and procedures;
Collaboration with PwC multidisciplinary teams on tax and regulatory matters.
