The role

What you'll do

  • Directly support the entire restaurant operation;
  • Coordinate and supervise the team during the shift, ensuring compliance with service standards;
  • Ensure compliance with action plans and monitoring of operational results;
  • Plan and carry out orders and inventories;
  • Comply with HACCP requirements;
  • Manage complaints and conflicts;
  • Plan schedules and holiday calendars;
  • Welcome and train new employees;
  • KPI analysis.

It will be your responsibility to lead, manage, and supervise a team! Your MISSION will involve coordinating employee tasks and motivating them so they can achieve a common goal: ensuring a unique customer service and dining experience for our clients!

How you'll work

  • Full-time with rotating shifts;
  • Continuous shifts with the right to two weekly days off (consecutive).
