What you'll do

Logicalis Portugal intends to strengthen its team by hiring talent for the role of Automation, Monitoring & Privileged Access Technical Manager.

The mission of this position will be to lead the team responsible for automation, monitoring, observability, systems integration, and privileged access management platforms, ensuring their respective operation, security, and technological evolution.

The role will assume a relevant part in the modernization of the operation, promoting process automation, integration between platforms, and the gradual adoption of advanced analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities. It will equally be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, quality, and continuous improvement of the services provided.

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and contribute to the development of the people who make up the team.
Define objectives, priorities, and work plans, monitoring their respective execution.
Guarantee the operation, support, maintenance, and technological evolution of the platforms.
Ensure the availability, performance, security, and quality of the services provided.
Define operational standards, governance models, and best practices for platform management.
Lead the evolution of monitoring, observability, automation, and integration capabilities.
Ensure the management and evolution of privileged access platforms.
Promote the automation of operational tasks and the reduction of manual or repetitive activities.
Identify opportunities for optimization, integration, and continuous improvement of processes.
Support the analysis and resolution of incidents and technical problems of greater complexity.
Follow up on root cause analyses, improvement plans, and corrective actions.
Define technological evolution roadmaps aligned with operational and business needs.
Manage the technical relationship with manufacturers, supplying entities, and partner entities.
Support implementation, migration, and integration projects for new platforms.
Guarantee the production and updating of technical documentation and operational procedures.
Promote the responsible adoption of advanced analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

Certifications in the areas of Microsoft, Azure, automation, observability, or security. (valued).
