UX/UI

• Professional experience in UX/UI Design;
• Proven experience in Figma;
• Experience in creating products/interfaces from scratch, without previously defined layouts or systems;
• Knowledge of iconography and interface design;
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flows;
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Ability to transform business and user needs into simple and intuitive digital solutions;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluency in English; experience in international contexts is valued.

• Participate in defining the experience and interface of a new digital product;
• Create UX/UI solutions from scratch, from the initial concepts to the final prototypes;
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces;
• Work in Figma on the creation and evolution of design solutions;
• Define and apply iconography principles and visual elements;
• Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and user-centered experience;
• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders;
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and dynamics;
• Follow the implementation of solutions and ensure the quality of the final result.
