The role

What you'll do

Manage technological infrastructure projects, ensuring the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of all project phases;
Analyze infrastructure requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business needs;
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, promoting articulation between the different areas involved;
Monitor implementations in hybrid environments (On-Premises and Cloud), ensuring the quality of deliveries;
Ensure the implementation and evolution of infrastructure architectures, including web servers, databases, and Disaster Recovery solutions;
Monitor compliance with deadlines, budget, risks, and objectives defined for each project;
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment between technical and business teams;
Apply project management methodologies and ITIL, CMMI, and Agile best practices in the management of initiatives;
Use management tools, namely Jira, for planning, activity monitoring, and reporting;
Perform financial monitoring of projects, including budget control, cost analysis, and variance management.

Position: Infrastructure Project Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar area;
Proven experience in managing technological infrastructure projects;
Solid knowledge of On-Premises infrastructure architectures and distributed environments;
Experience with Web Servers, SQL Server, Oracle Database, and Disaster Recovery solutions;
Knowledge of Cloud platforms, namely Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric;
Experience in analyzing infrastructure requirements and defining implementation plans;
Knowledge of ITIL and experience in applying CMMI and Agile methodologies;
Experience using Jira for project management and activity monitoring;
Experience in project financial management, including budget control and cost monitoring;
High capacity for organization, planning, and priority management;
Strong analytical capacity and orientation toward problem-solving;
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills;
Autonomy, collaborative spirit, and strong orientation toward results.
