Product Owner

• Analyze business and functional requirements. Prepare functional documentation and requirement notebooks. Preparation of support manuals (e.g., User Manual, Process Manual, etc.);
• Create, maintain, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and the development team. Ensure that all involved parties are aligned regarding the product's objectives and functionalities;
• Develop, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility;
• Write user stories and detail clear and objective acceptance criteria;
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and the product vision. Actively participate in agile ceremonies to support the workflow.

Position: Product Owner

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management roles, preferably in agile environments;
• Strong communication and organizational skills to articulate the product vision and priorities;
• Experience with product management and backlog tools (e.g., Jira);
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Knowledge of digital payments from a user perspective;
• Familiarity with user experience and design thinking techniques.
