Multipurpose Maintenance Technician (M/F/D) - Almada

Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for its Clients' physical assets throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.

For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited shall perform various general building maintenance tasks, more focused on the plumbing and sanitation intervention area, ensuring their quality and in accordance with the contractually foreseen models.

• Proven experience in multipurpose roles in general building maintenance;
• Ability to perform simple plumbing maintenance tasks, among others;
• Experience in cleaning filters, pipes, and sanitation boxes;
• Experience in unclogging;
• Basic knowledge of maintenance software;
• Responsibility and punctuality;
• Rigor and reliability;
• Planning and organization.
