Maintenance Engineering Support Technician

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar areas;

Ensure the technical, operational, and administrative management of the company's fleet of vehicles and mobile equipment, guaranteeing their availability, reliability, legal compliance, and cost optimization, contributing to operational efficiency and to the fulfillment of the organization's safety, quality, and sustainability objectives.

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, guaranteeing the maximization of vehicle and equipment availability;
• Control and monitor fleet performance indicators, namely consumption, maintenance costs, breakdowns, availability, and utilization;
• Guarantee compliance with mandatory inspections, calibrations, certifications, and other legal requirements applicable to vehicles and equipment;
• Perform the monitoring of suppliers and service providers for maintenance, repair, and parts procurement;
• Collaborate in the preparation and management of the fleet budget, analyzing cost optimization opportunities;
• Support fleet renewal through the technical and economic analysis of vehicles and equipment;
• Prepare technical reports and management indicators to support decision-making;
• Analyze occurrences, breakdowns, and accidents involving vehicles, proposing corrective and preventive measures;
• Promote good practices for equipment use among users and drivers.

• 2 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or mobile equipment management (preferred);
• Capacity for maintenance planning and control;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Knowledge of SAP (Preferred).
