Who you are

  • You have experience in similar roles;
  • You have certified technological training at level 4 or higher of the QNQ, in one of the following areas: Electricity; Refrigeration or Air Conditioning (preferred);
  • We are looking for you because we value experience in the following areas: Electrical installations, HVAC, BMS, Refrigeration, Waste management, Plumbing, Elevators, Fire Safety, SADI, SADIR, CCTV;
  • You have the capacity for contract management and coordination of external companies;
  • You have knowledge of IT, Excel, and interpretation of screens/projects;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
  • You have knowledge of English (preferred);
  • You have the capacity to work in a team and to manage priorities;
  • You have the capacity to solve problems;
  • You have an open and flexible attitude;
  • You have a sense of responsibility and initiative.

A day in your life with us

  • You perform and control preventive, corrective, or improvement maintenance activities for the store facilities, according to the implemented quality standards;
  • You are responsible for managing work orders or quotations for the supply of materials and services in the maintenance area;
  • You perform, follow, and control all necessary measures to comply with legal standards and IKEA procedures regarding maintenance and safety;
  • You are responsible for complying with and controlling energy consumption management measures.
