Education & certifications
9th grade of schooling and/or Professional Technical Course in the area of Locksmithing;
The role
Perform work on metal structures, pipes, and iron sheets, using construction and assembly processes used in locksmithing, employing various types of welding and material cutting;
Perform the repair of structural elements of fixed facility equipment, as well as chassis and bodies of heavy vehicles and mobile equipment;
Use manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical tools for cutting, drilling, and welding in construction/repair processes;
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and parts manuals;
Ensure the good state of maintenance and conservation of equipment and facilities, as well as comply with environmental requirements and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements and Competency Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
Experience in MIG/MAG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding;
Experience working with lifting and movement equipment for loads and people (preferred);
Knowledge of the Waste sector (preferred);
Initiative and Proactivity;
Teamwork;
Light vehicle driver's license and own vehicle;
Availability for mobility between the Palmela, Setúbal, and Seixal Workshops
