The role
At this time, we intend to recruit a Receptionist for Hospital Lusíadas Albufeira.
What you'll do
- Face-to-face customer service, demonstrating empathy and availability for the client;
- Ensure the correct identification, completion, and updating of the client's personal data in the computer system;
- Proceed with the correct scheduling of consultations, exams, or medical acts;
- Ensure the billing of acts performed by the client and issue payment, according to agreements with insurance companies;
- Correctly perform the daily cash closing;
- Perform the management of emails and pending tasks, ensuring their correct prioritization;
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to customer complaints.
How you'll work
- Availability for rotating shifts (night work, weekends, and holidays).
