What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and/or Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (mandatory);
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dermocosmetics and MNSRM (preferred);
- Experience in the Health area in Pharmacy or Parapharmacy (valued);

What you'll do
- Assume global management of your business within a hypermarket context;
- Ensure order management, monitor and control the degree of achievement of objectives, daily sales, stock, and other business indicators;
- Guarantee correct management of technical quality criteria, imposed by law, regarding Non-Prescription Medicine (MNSRM) sales areas;
- Perform customer service and product sales: Non-Prescription Medicines (MNSRM) - Health and Wellness Spaces;
- Direct, guide, and motivate the team under your responsibility, promoting the development of their skills and their integration into the company.
What we expect from you
- Taste for the commercial area and orientation towards the Customer;
- Leadership skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
