The role
HUG Lusíadas Home Care integrates specialized experience in home care with the clinical excellence of Lusíadas Saúde, ensuring an articulated response between the hospital and our clients' homes.
Do you have experience in team coordination and want to make a difference in the daily lives of families and caregivers?
HUG Lusíadas Home Care is looking for a House Manager to be the link between the company, clients, and caregivers, with a strong commercial component alongside hospital teams in Porto.
What you'll do
- Perform home visits for assessment, integration, and regular follow-up;
- Manage the relationship with the client and their respective family, and coordinate and supervise the assigned caregivers;
- Identify and report risk situations or changes in the client's needs;
- Collaborate with the recruitment, billing, and operational coordination teams;
- Record and manage information on internal platforms;
- Develop a close relationship with hospital teams in Porto, creating connections with healthcare professionals;
- Acquire new clients through this network, promoting HUG services and encouraging referrals.
