• I ensure a warm welcome to the customer at any service point;

• I detect customer needs, providing simple information regarding product availability and location, order status, services, or store procedures;

• I organize my tasks considering peak customer flow, always prioritizing Customer Service;

• I manage customer waiting situations autonomously and effectively, ensuring conflict management with customers, contributing to their total satisfaction;

• I perform payments and returns, ensuring strict compliance with cash register and safe processes, applying and taking responsibility for security procedures;

• I am proficient in the computer systems that support my work, as well as the procedures and actions related to payments, adapting them to the payment method being processed;

• I promote best practices related to the processes and procedures of the store's various payment methods;

• I know the products and services, their characteristics, and their contribution to the business in order to offer the best service and advice to the customer.

• Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level;

• Professional experience between 1 to 2 years;

• Good computer skills from a user perspective;

• A passion for the customer and their needs;

• Aptitude for interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Ability to work under stress;

• Organizational capacity and a sense of responsibility;

• Spirit of initiative and proactivity.
