Production Operator

Ensure the operation of grouping, palletizing, and marking equipment, controlling the finished product, cleaning all equipment after the production cycle, ordering and verifying packaging/palletizing material, and the respective waste collection.

Ensure the opening and closing of Production orders in the computer systems according to the implemented procedures;
Ensure the startup and correct functioning of the packaging, palletizing, and marking equipment;
Perform the preparation and mixing of formulated products (cream for packaging and compound milks), according to internal standards;
Operate all grouping, palletizing, and marking equipment, verifying and controlling the labeling of all palletized products;
Guarantee the availability of packaging material necessary for the equipment you operate, as well as control and verify that these materials are fit for use;
Collect and segregate the generated waste to the respective yard for proper treatment;
Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environment standards;
Ensure the cleaning and sanitization of your area and the respective equipment after each production cycle or whenever necessary, according to the Terra Alegre Sanitization Plan, also ensuring the completion of the control and sanitization log;
Execute conformity control tests on the final product, according to the defined sampling plan;
Execute periodic reviews of the equipment you operate, according to the established plan;
Comply with all tasks and requests made by your hierarchical superior with the aim of maintaining the proper functioning of the factory;
Inform your hierarchical superior whenever something occurs that may jeopardize the quality and safety of the products produced.
