What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in PowerBuilder development, including PowerScript, DataWindow, and DataStores.
Strong experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications using PowerBuilder.
Proven experience in Financial Markets projects - mandatory.
Good understanding of financial instruments and the trade lifecycle.
Strong experience with relational databases and SQL, including stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues in critical production environments.
Experience in application support, production deployments, and incident resolution within established SLAs.
Experience with Git for version control.
Knowledge of N-tier architectures.
Experience with code reviews, development best practices, and technical documentation.
Ability to provide estimates for development and application enhancement activities.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
Ability to provide technical guidance to less experienced developers.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency at C1 level - mandatory (written and spoken).

Nice to have

Experience with recent PowerBuilder versions (2019/2022).
Experience in application upgrades, migrations, or modernization projects.
Knowledge of web services and system integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
