What we're looking for
- 7+ years of professional experience, with solid experience in Software Testing and QA.
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Test Automation.
- Solid experience with Playwright for web application automation.
- Good programming knowledge in Python.
- Experience in the creation and implementation of automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience with API Testing and API automation.
- Experience in integrating tests into CI/CD, through Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- English B2 or higher.
Location: Lisbon.
Work arrangement: 100% remote.

What you'll do
Who are we looking for? QA Automation | Playwright & Python | Remote
We are looking for a senior profile, with strong experience in test automation, capable of developing and evolving robust and scalable automation frameworks, actively contributing to the team's quality strategy and best practices.
Main tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks with Playwright and Python.
- Create, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Analyze requirements and identify quality and testability risks in advance.
- Review and improve existing frameworks, ensuring greater maintainability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Analyze results, investigate defects, and track quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Support more junior members and promote automation best practices.
- Contribute to the testing strategy and automation roadmap.
