Main tasks to develop:

• Analyze business and functional requirements. Prepare functional documentation and requirement specifications. Preparation of support manuals (e.g., User Manual, Process Manual, etc.).
• Create, maintain, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and the development team. Ensure that all involved parties are aligned regarding the product's objectives and functionalities.
• Develop, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility. Write user stories and detail clear and objective acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and the product vision. Actively participate in agile ceremonies to support the workflow.

Location: Lisbon

Work regime: Hybrid (3x per week in the office).

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management roles, preferably in agile environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to articulate the product vision and priorities.
• Experience with product management and backlog tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
