Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher Education in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum professional experience of 5 years in similar roles;
- Good knowledge of the legislation applicable to the construction context;
- Good writing and synthesis skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- Rigor and reliability;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Problem-solving and analytical capacity;
- Availability for national mobility;
- Driver's license.

The role
What you'll do
- Support the Site Management in the contractual management of the project, ensuring the correct application of the contractual conditions established with the Client, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
- Analyze contracts, tender specifications, contractual correspondence, and other project documentation, identifying risks, opportunities, and impacts on the execution of the works;
- Monitor the evolution of the project, analyzing production deviations, quantities executed, resources allocated, awards, and other factors susceptible to influencing the deadline and the economic result of the works;
- Identify and report deviations from the work plan, evaluating their contractual impacts and proposing corrective measures that contribute to the recovery of the established objectives.
