Ensure the definition and implementation of the Casais Group's Customer relationship management strategy across different entities (company / region), specifically regarding contract management, after-sales customer management, as well as the management of contractual processes and documentation, in order to maximize efficiency, service quality, and the level of customer satisfaction, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Interest in the area of construction management and works;
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Experience on construction sites will be valued (not mandatory).
