WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

The Senior Middle Office is responsible for overseeing operations, governance, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and data quality across insurance products and financial markets supporting activities. The role acts as a key liaison with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and external Stakeholders, ensuring operational integrity, regulatory adherence, accurate reporting, and effective risk management.

• Coordinate with Legal on Investment Funds documentation new contracts & updates, contract amendments, and renewals;
• Coordinate and support the opening of client and counterparty accounts across custodians, brokers, and financial institutions;
• Assist with the preparation, review, negotiation, execution, and maintenance of OTC derivatives documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), confirmations, and related legal documentation;
• Support the negotiation and lifecycle management of Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and other investment-related legal documentation;
• Manage and maintain client regulatory documentation, including MiFID/MiFID II classifications, appropriateness and suitability documentation, LEIs, FATCA/CRS forms, KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements;
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date within internal systems;
• Maintain document repositories and support audit, compliance, and regulatory requests.
