Cafeteria Section Head (m/f) - Galé (Albufeira)

• Experience as a manager in cafeteria/catering units, a minimum of 5 years (mandatory);
• Minimum educational qualifications at the 9th Grade level;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of HACCP;
• Knowledge of waste, stock, and margin management;
• Knowledge of MS Office

The Role:
The Cafeteria Section Head will have the mission of the daily management of the cafeteria unit in terms of customer satisfaction, team, sales, stocks, and service standards.
