What we're looking for

Between 5 to 6 years of experience in at least one of the sectors of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Industry;
Experience in coordinating strategic initiatives, PMO, or multidisciplinary projects;
Experience in monitoring financial, commercial, and operational KPIs;
Participation in the preparation of strategic plans, business plans, or growth initiatives;
Experience in preparing executive presentations for senior leadership;
Experience in managing multidisciplinary and international stakeholders;
Strong analytical capacity, organization, and results orientation;
Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and teamwork skills;
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.

The role

What you'll do

Supporting the definition, evolution, and implementation of Deloitte Portugal's TMT Industry strategy, ensuring alignment between sectors, strategic accounts, and differentiating offerings, with a focus on business growth and market positioning;
Coordinating and driving the periodic TMT Industry forums, promoting the discussion of strategic priorities, commercial performance, account development, and cross-functional initiatives;
Leading the preparation and execution of industry events, in coordination with the Marketing team, including defining themes, agenda, location, speakers, participant experience, and monitoring results;
Monitoring and analyzing the main financial KPIs of the industry, sectors, and strategic accounts, in close collaboration with the Finance area and sector leaders, ensuring visibility on performance, trends, and growth opportunities;
Promoting the capabilities and offerings of the TMT Industry in Portugal to clients and the Deloitte Network, with a special focus on the EMEA region, leveraging opportunities for collaboration and international growth;
Developing and strengthening relationships with the TMT teams of the Deloitte Global Network, ensuring the continuous sharing of knowledge, best practices, market trends, and initiatives relevant to the business;
Ensuring the continuous updating of the industry's training and e-Learning programs, monitoring their adoption by teams and promoting the development of skills aligned with the strategic priorities of the practice;
