We are going to reinforce our Accounting team, with a position in the area of Accounts Receivable - Corporate Functions.

What you'll do

Issuance and accounting of customer invoices
Identification of receipts and invoices to be settled and calculation of the respective taxes
Recording of receipts and settlement of invoices
Revenue specialization
Reconciliation of customer current accounts, and revenue accruals and deferrals
Internal customer service
Collaboration with internal teams.

Are you who we are looking for?

Preference for a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable area
Solid knowledge of Office tools (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
Ease in using accounting, invoicing, human resources, and other software
Initiative, dynamism, capacity for self-motivation, and the will to learn and progress
Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and collaboration
Problem-solving, analytical capacity, and critical thinking
Organization, planning, and orientation towards project quality
