Lead Data Architect - Customer Data & AI

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or similar areas;
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in data engineering and architecture, including at least 3 years as an architect responsible for data platforms in production;
• Solid experience in the design and implementation of Cloud Data Platforms, specifically Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark, and Workflows);
• Deep knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric;
• Proven experience in Customer 360, Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and Golden Records design;
• Advanced knowledge in real-time data architectures, including CDC, streaming, and event-driven processing;
• Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) platforms, such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data, or Segment;
• Knowledge of Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, or Decisioning Platforms;
• Experience in the definition and implementation of Data Governance, Security, and Privacy by Design practices, in compliance with GDPR;
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning architectures, including retrieval architectures, vector search, MLOps, and AI Agents;
• Experience in conducting architecture workshops and relationship management with executive-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, and business owners;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Define and lead the target architecture of end-to-end Customer Data platforms, including data ingestion, lakehouse, modeling, customer profiling, activation, governance, and artificial intelligence;
• Design Customer 360, MDM, and Identity Resolution architectures, defining deterministic and probabilistic matching rules;
• Design real-time data architectures, including Change Data Capture (CDC), streaming, and events, to support activation and personalization processes;
• Define the data governance strategy, encompassing catalog, lineage, quality, access control, consent, and GDPR compliance;
• Architect data solutions for AI, including vectorization, retrieval architectures, MLOps, and secure access to governed data;
• Lead architecture workshops and technical interlocution with clients, promoting strategic decisions alongside leadership teams and executive stakeholders;
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution definition;
• Support and challenge data engineering teams through mentoring, technical solution reviews, and the definition of architecture standards;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in national and international environments.
