Expert/Manager - Quality and Risk Management Audit & Assurance

We are going to strengthen our Audit & Assurance quality and risk management team with a professional in an Expert/Manager role.

• Plan, execute, and coordinate autonomously the activities to be carried out within the scope of various projects, ensuring the incorporation of new perspectives and innovation into them;
• Execution of quality and risk management activities related to policies, processes, and procedures implemented in the Audit & Assurance function, including monitoring the quality of the work performed;
• Analysis of information extracted from the various information systems supporting the Audit & Assurance function;
• Analysis of information included in the monthly reports of the Audit & Assurance quality and risk management area and the design and implementation of appropriate measures;
• Preparation and processing of information for the purposes of regular reporting to the supervisor;
• Diagnosis, analysis, and organization of information with the aim of implementing and communicating policies, processes, procedures, and methodologies in the Audit & Assurance function;
• Manage, according to your sphere of action, the daily relationships with various Deloitte professionals, particularly those in the Audit & Assurance function;

• Degree in Management, Economics, or Auditing;
• At least 6 years of professional experience in auditing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with different stakeholders, presenting a mindset for innovation and the presentation of new ideas;
• Sense of responsibility and strong orientation towards results;
• Proactivity, autonomy, rigor, organization, and work method, to overcome proposed challenges and objectives;
• Critical spirit and ability to think and build solutions;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as well as tools that integrate artificial intelligence;
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and oral);
• Ease in learning the use of new systems;
• Ability to work in a team.
