Content Creator

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital content, content management, copywriting, or similar areas.
• Excellent command of Portuguese (Portugal).
• English level C1/C2.
• Experience in creating and optimizing content for digital environments.
• Knowledge of web writing, UX writing, and SEO writing.
• Experience using CMS.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good storytelling skills and structured thinking.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Collaborative spirit and customer orientation.
• Academic background in Communication, Marketing, Languages, Journalism, or similar areas (preferred).

• Analyze briefings and translate business requirements into content solutions.
• Create and optimize content, especially for websites and apps, aligned with brand tone of voice.
• Apply and promote best practices in web writing, UX writing, and SEO writing.
• Manage content in the backoffice, using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, or Contentful.
• Support the definition of content approaches and ensure their implementation.
• Contribute to workshops, alignment sessions, and project activities.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, project managers, and clients.
