Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields;
Proven professional experience in cybersecurity exceeding 12 years;
Proven current experience in leading Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management and/or SOC Strategy & Transformation teams;
Strategic capacity and business vision, combined with strong technical and functional knowledge;
Experience in managing multidisciplinary and highly specialized teams;
Ability to act as an autonomous leader of a strategic area, with a high sense of ownership and responsibility;

What you'll do

Autonomously lead the Cyber Defense & Resilience offering, taking ownership of the strategy, evolution, and growth of the practice;
Define and execute the strategic roadmap of the offering, aligned with client needs and with Deloitte's global vision;
Build, develop, and scale a unit of excellence in the areas of Cyber Defense & Resilience;
Lead highly specialized teams in areas such as:
- Incident Response;
- Penetration Testing;
- Vulnerability Management;
- SOC Strategy & SOC Transformation;
Ensure excellence in the delivery of cybersecurity services and solutions, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation;
Work transversally with different areas and teams of the organization, promoting an integrated and collaborative approach;
Develop strategic relationships with clients, supporting the identification of opportunities and the definition of high value-added solutions;
Represent the area to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to Deloitte's positioning as a reference in Cyber Defense & Resilience;
Monitor market trends, technological evolution, and new threats, anticipating future client needs.
