For our client, a leader in digital customer service, we are currently recruiting a content moderator for one of today's largest social media platforms.

Here, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, which will allow you to be part of a multicultural and goal-oriented team.

You will be part of a team ensuring excellent and competent moderation service, in order to guarantee that all platform compliance regulations are respected.

• You will be responsible for the safety of content published on social networks, by ensuring that it complies with regulations;

• Review videos, images, and audio, searching for inappropriate content before it is posted online;

• Remove and block non-compliant content, as well as filter, organize, and evaluate information;

• Contribute to creating a better user experience, by also helping to improve strategies and operations;

• Immediately report any content that violates community regulations.

• French native speaker (C1 or C2);

• Good knowledge of English (B2);

• Experience with Microsoft Office;

• You have a European passport or legal permit to work in Portugal;

• You adapt well to a multicultural environment;

• Goal-oriented;

• Good time management;

• Team spirit;

• Previous experience in social media or back-office is a plus.
