Cross Border Talents is recruiting English Customer Support Agents to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Service Junior Engineer:

Queries on Client products, solutions, and architectures;
Recommendations on how to use and configure Client products;
Technical issues and fault diagnosis of Client products;
Troubleshooting problems with Client APIs and SDKs;
Troubleshooting operations or system problems related to Client resources;
Client console or official Client tools;
Financial affairs and account contract problems related to Client;
Third-party software configuration guidance and troubleshooting related toClient products.

Requirements

Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native);
Availability to work in rotating shifts
Any kind of previous experience with Linux
Be willing to relocate to Porto
Good time management skills
Team spirit and flexibility
