What will you do?

• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries and logistics

• Review cases within agreed deadlines and quality standards

• Escalate complex issues according to established procedures and knowledge base guidelines

• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process

• Help achieve customer satisfaction, service quality and productivity targets

What are we looking for?

• C1 level Polish, written and spoken

• B2 level English, written and spoken

• A college degree or equivalent diploma

• Good understanding of e-commerce

• Experience in a Contact Centre (voice and non-voice) or customer service environment

• Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising
