As a Customer Service Representative for a leading Digital Wallet, you'll help customers navigate digital payment services, resolve issues and enjoy a secure, seamless experience - all while building your career in the digital financial services industry.

• Support customers via phone, chat and email, providing professional and friendly assistance

• Troubleshoot digital wallet issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently

• Record customer interactions, solutions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system

• Provide up-to-date information about products, policies and services

• Work closely with your team to improve the customer experience

• Deliver a secure, reliable and high-quality service in every interaction

• C1 level Dutch (written and spoken)

• B2 level English

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferably, at least one year of experience in customer service, retail or hospitality

• Experience in an internet company, financial services or payment processing is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of computers, internet tools and software applications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

• A customer-focused attitude, with empathy and a professional approach
