If you are looking to grow and be inspired, as a Legal Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (on-site), you will ensure that performance objectives are met across all operations. You will also contribute to meeting our customers' expectations regarding operational excellence: high objectives in terms of quality, efficiency, and improvement of the customer journey.

As a Legal Advisor, you will:

• Verify whether transport operators comply with passenger rights
• Understand the specific situation of each customer and ensure the processing and follow-up of their legal claims
• Manage files in collaboration with various stakeholders (lawyers, legal experts, competent national authorities) in order to correctly assess the validity of claims
