Logistics Operator | Peak Season Reinforcement

• Execute picking, preparation, and packaging activities for orders, complying with cut-off times.

• Support the reception and verification of goods, ensuring correspondence with orders.

• Organize and arrange products in designated locations.

• Support the dispatch team to ensure that all orders leave on time.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, complying with company safety rules.

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas are the most intense weeks of the year at Care to Beauty. We are creating a reinforcement pool for our warehouse in Maia, to work with us in shifts of a few hours on high-volume days, between November and December.

Here is how it works: you apply once, we talk to you and, if it makes sense for both sides, you join the pool. Whenever we need reinforcement, we contact you in advance proposing a day and time, and you accept the shifts that suit you. It is your opportunity to get to know the operation of an international e-commerce from the inside, at the time when every order counts most.

• Availability for some days or shifts between November and December, especially during Black Friday week and the weeks before Christmas.

• Attention to detail and rigor: a correct order is a satisfied customer.

• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Ease of commuting to Maia.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage, but not mandatory: we provide training during the first shift.

• Basic knowledge of English for reading labels and documentation is a plus.
