• Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to middleware and databases).

• Provide escalation coverage in the "Follow The Sun" support model.

• Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications.

• Customize production tools (monitoring, batch scheduling, backups, deployment tools, automation).

• Provide feedback and propose solutions to management on performance and capacity.

We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical production applications and infrastructure. You will provide technical support across a diverse technology landscape, monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for working in complex and fast-paced environments where operational excellence is essential.
