• Higher education in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a similar field;
• Experience in the organization and operational management of events;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong capacity for planning, organization, and priority management;
• Autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Availability to attend events in person, when necessary.

At this time, we intend to recruit a Communication and Events Specialist, under a Work Contract regime.

• Plan, organize, and monitor institutional, scientific, and corporate events;
• Manage operational logistics, coordinating with internal teams, sponsors, speakers, suppliers, and other partners;
• Coordinate spaces, materials, merchandising, and other logistical needs;
• Manage registrations, communications, support materials, and participant certificates;
• Update and upload event information onto the Lusíadas Up Events platform;
• Ensure communication via email and telephone with the various stakeholders;
• Support the preparation and dissemination of content, in coordination with the Communication area;
• Draft support documents, such as invitations, programs, memorandums, and information notes;
• Guarantee monitoring and on-site support during events.
