Currently completing, or recently completed, a Master's or PhD degree in one of the following fields:
Robotics Engineering
Computer Science / Computer Engineering
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Inteligencia artificial
Applied Mathematics
Knowledge of Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques.
Exposure to deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
Programming experience with Python and/or C++.
Familiarity with Git, Docker and software engineering best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams.
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Fluency in English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of robotics development frameworks such as ROS2.
Academic experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo or MuJoCo.
Understanding of motion planning, robotic control and sensor fusion.
Knowledge of Digital Twins, 3D modelling or synthetic data generation.
Exposure to Reinforcement Learning concepts and applications.
Familiarity with emerging Robotics AI models and platforms such as OpenVLA, NVIDIA GR00T or π0.
Research experience gained through a Master's thesis, PhD research, scientific publications or participation in research projects.
Hands-on experience gained through academic projects, internships, research activities, hackathons, robotics competitions or personal initiatives.
Interest in bridging cutting-edge research and industrial applications of Robotics and AI.
Interest in autonomous systems, intelligent robotics and industrial automation.
Familiarity with collaborative and agile ways of working.
