Requirements

Vocational or technical training in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, Structures, Aeronautics, Mechatronics, or a similar area;
Professional experience in technical, industrial, aeronautical, or production environments;
Experience with UAVs, aeronautics, automotive, electronics, or complex products will be valued;
Practical experience in assembly, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting;
Ability to interpret technical drawings and technical documentation, specifically electrical/electronic diagrams or structural drawings, according to the area of expertise;
Ability to identify and resolve technical and practical problems, with increasing autonomy;
English B2;
Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile;
High sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail;
Ability to work in an environment of constant innovation, change, and development of new products.

Participate in the assembly, adaptation, and improvement of the AR3, according to technical specifications and instructions;
Execute changes and modifications to the product, specifically at the level of electronic systems or structures, according to your area of expertise;
Build and adapt prototypes and test units, contributing to the development and validation of new solutions;
Perform functional tests and technical verifications, identifying anomalies and contributing to their resolution;
Support the identification of the cause of technical problems and implement corrective actions;
Interpret and use technical drawings, electrical/electronic diagrams, assembly instructions, and product documentation, according to your area of expertise;
Collaborate with the Engineering, Design, Production, and Quality teams in the implementation of changes and improvements;
Support the introduction of changes into production, ensuring the correct execution of modifications;
Identify improvement opportunities related to the assembly, reliability, and performance of the product;
Contribute to the evolution of the AR3 through a practical, hands-on, and problem-solving oriented approach.
