The role
TDGI - Tecnologia de Gestão de Imóveis, a company of the Teixeira Duarte Group, a group widely known in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, which operates in the area of Facility Management, Global Building Management, Developments, Technical and Industrial Installations, is hiring a Maintenance Multiskilled Worker (m/f) for the Hospital Area with relevant professional experience, to join the team in the Cascais area.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work in hospital facilities;
- Intervene in electricity, water, sewage systems, and small civil construction repairs;
- Ensure the monitoring and proper functioning of technical equipment, ensuring response to breakdowns and internal requests;
- Collaborate on inspection plans and maintenance records, complying with quality and safety standards;
- Support continuous improvement projects for hospital infrastructures;
- Work in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring speed, effectiveness, and safety in interventions.
Responsibilities
Required Profile:
- Education at the 12th-grade level;
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment;
- Knowledge of electricity, water and sewage, refrigeration and air conditioning;
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and personal organization.
