Sustainability Services, Specialist

Lead the preparation of the sustainability section of the Annual Report, including defining content, coordinating inputs across teams, and managing the external assurance process for GRI indicators and Sierra-specific sustainability metrics.
Develop tailored sustainability strategies for clients - including materiality assessment - helping them define priorities, focus areas and implementation roadmaps.
Assist in the development, benchmarking and implementation of objectives, targets and improvement programs for clients, including funds/portfolios;
Prepare and deliver sustainability information for shareholder, including contributions to the annual report (ESRS), and inputs to ESG benchmarks and other shareholder‑led initiatives.
Develop SFDR disclosures at fund and entity level, aligned with client's context and staying up to date with regulatory developments.
Manage the double materiality assessment process (CSRD).
Develop sustainability reports for real estate investment vehicles.
Monitor sustainability, ESG and regulatory trends in Europe and translate these developments into practical implications, recommendations and best practice for the business.
Participate in business development, namely in the preparation of pitches, marketing materials and relevant technical documents such as case studies, insights or benchmarking analysis; and participating in client meetings and presentations when required.
Report EU Taxonomy, including eligibility and alignment assessments, data collection and calculation and preparation of the required disclosures.
Support other departmental initiatives, as required.
