Salesforce Tech Lead (Lisbon - Hybrid)

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce, with solid experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects; • Good knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) (valued); • Experience with the design and implementation of complex solutions in enterprise environments; • Ability to ensure Salesforce development and architecture best practices; • Experience with technical team management and support for more junior profiles; • Excellent communication skills with functional and technical teams; • Proactivity and leadership spirit, with the desire to grow an evolving team. • Availability for a hybrid regime 1x per week in Lisbon Responsibilities: • Technically lead Salesforce projects from conception to delivery; • Support technical planning and architecture definition in CRM projects; • Ensure the technical quality of implementations and the application of Salesforce best practices; • Support the technical development of the team; • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
