We are looking for a Strategy Consultant for the Strategy team at MC, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

This person's mission is to help challenge the organization and support its strategy with disruptive solutions, participating in key projects that will redesign its future.

We are counting on you to...

• Participate in transformative projects, transversal to the company, focused on existing business areas or new areas of operation;
• Develop and monitor the strategic planning cycle;
• Conduct market, trend, and business portfolio analyses;
• Support strategy communication moments;
• Work closely with the company's main stakeholders (management, executive committee, board of directors).

Therefore, bring with you...

• Higher education in Economics, Management, or Industrial Engineering and Management (preferred);
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or in a strategy/business development team in a corporate environment;
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• High capacity for problem solving and analytical thinking, with strong conceptual rigor and the ability to transform scattered data into clear, structured, and decision-oriented diagnostics;
• Ease and maturity in communicating with senior audiences, ensuring the synthesis, clarity, and impact of messages;
• Genuine interest in understanding, questioning, and challenging the business, contributing constructively to the definition of strategic priorities, identification of opportunities, and design of solutions with real impact.
