What we're looking for

Higher education in Engineering, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar areas;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, Category Management, or relevant Retail and FMCG areas;
Strong analytical capacity and experience in interpreting data to support decision-making;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Good knowledge of English;
Experience in project management and interaction with multiple stakeholders;
Communication and influence skills, adapting the message to different audiences;
High sense of organization and priority management;
Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a problem-solving orientation;
Proactivity, autonomy, and a focus on generating impact.

Nice to have

Knowledge of SQL and Python will be valued;

We are looking for Business Analyst & Advisor to join our Assortment Analytics (CoE) team, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will join the Assortment Center of Excellence, a team that works in close collaboration with the Commercial and Operations areas to ensure the definition and optimization of product ranges in our stores. You will play an active role in generating insights, analyzing data, and recommending solutions that contribute to customer-centric strategic decisions and the sustainable growth of the business.
