  Operational Coordination: Integral warehouse management and supervision of daily operations.
  Team Leadership: Shift management and motivation of field teams to achieve maximum productivity.
  Partner Management: Direct coordination with transport partners and strategic route management.
  Data Analysis: Constant monitoring of performance KPIs and implementation of continuous improvements.
