The role

We are looking for an MPC Shift Leader to ensure the smooth running of Printing and to ensure that
production is carried out according to the required safety, quality, and efficiency levels

What you'll do

key responsibilities
Work according to work instructions, and complete quality and production records;
Follow the production plan;
Follow and execute maintenance plans for the production lines;
Perform the checks indicated in the control plan (Verification and control of raw materials and intermediate products, verification of varnish film weight,..), working with self-control;
Correct non-conformities detected on the production line; Notify the quality controller in case of any defects found;
Control the supply of raw materials to the line (Ink, varnish, plate, and bale);
Perform cleaning of the printing bodies and the varnisher, perform format changes Plate * Ink * varnish * rollers according to current procedures;
Perform necessary adjustments after each change;
Remove bale labels from the system according to manufacturing orders;
Control the smooth running of the line and in case of machine jamming, proceed/participate in its repair;
Responsible for ensuring the cleaning and tidiness of the production lines;
Report incidents and accidents;
Follow the actions indicated in the certification plan;
Responsible for the monitoring and training of new operators;
Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules, according to the rules implemented in the company;
Comply with the Food Safety standards in force in the company.
